“Frederick Douglass From Slavery to Freedom”

Invitation for submission of papers is extended to any field of historical inquiry pertaining to the life of Frederick Douglass. Students working in other disciplines throughout the Social Sciences and Humanities may also submit papers. Submissions should be presented in Times New Roman font (12 pt) with 2 line spacing and one inch margins on all sides of the page. Three to five pages. Preference is for endnotes rather than footnotes. Copies of primary documents should also be submitted. Paper submissions should include three hard copies with the author's name appearing only on the cover sheet and the author's current curriculum vitae. Additionally, an electronic copy should be sent via e-mail with the author's contact information. Submission should be postmarked no later than January 25th, 2008
